Step 1

Define Your Needs


Gather Requirements: Determine the size, shape, and functionality required for your conference table. We can help you size your table with CAD.

You’ll need to be about 3 feet from the nearest object, be it a wall or a TV.

How many pieces will the table be? Elevators in major cities are usually around 9 feet. That can provide some challenges with logistics for an 18 foot Conference Table.

We can help you overcome those during our design phase by creating multi-part conference tables that assemble onsite and look like a single live edge slab.

Consider seating capacity, power outlets, cable management needs, and any specific design elements (such as materials, colors, or finishes).

What is your budget? Did you know darker woods are more expensive or that some North American Woods cost 3x the price of a South American wood?

We can help you design a table that fits your budget.

Step 2

Quote


Once we get your requirements via phone, email, or Live Chat we will provide you with a cost range, timeline, and contract.

We request a 50% deposit to begin the Design Process. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project to schedule delivery.

Step 3

Design & Communication


You will be able to select wood from a variety of different species, power options, and table-bases. We utilize an industrial-grade spray finish and do not use any Oil Based wipe on products for conference tables due to durability concerns.

Once we establish the design, we will create a 3D model of your conference table with the exact piece of wood we are proposing. You will be able to see a to-scale version of your room with the table in it.

We are able to provide finished samples to clients.

Step 4

Fabrication


Generally speaking, depending upon the time of year it takes us about 8-12 weeks to create a single conference. (Note, if you do need something faster, we do have an expedite service and are able to turn around some requests as quickly as 6 weeks).

Step 5.

Quality Control

Our craftsmen are empowered to make decisions based on quality, not time or cost.

While leaving small imperfections may be more economical for some shops, we are driven by our commitment to excellence, and put perfection over profitability.

Jerry personally inspects every piece before it leaves the shop.

Step 6

Client Approval

Once we have completed fabrication of your conference table, we will schedule an onsite viewing or remote viewing via Zoom or Teams.

We will take you through table in its fully assembled state so you can see every detail.

Once you are happy with your Conference Table, we will collect the final payment.

Step 7

Installation & Delivery


We have conference tables from San Francisco to Boston and have a variety of different options for installation and delivery.

Self-Installation: Our tables custom built for your office and designed to be easy to assemble.

Onsite: Jerry will fly out to your location and with the help of local movers assemble the table.
